Touchscreen

Touchscreen 类以主框架 CSS 像素为单位，相对于视口左上角进行操作。仅当浏览器上下文初始化时将 hasTouch 设为 true，才能使用 Touchscreen 上的方法。

在 (x, y) 位置触发一次包含 touchstart 与 touchend 的单点触摸事件。
